INTRODUCING CARLISLE PRO ACADEMY
The NEW Carlisle PRO Academy is a comprehensive training program for spray foam professionals where participants will sharpen installation techniques and gain valuable spray foam knowledge that will give them the support and confidence they need to perform any job no matter what the condition.
OUR FREE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM NAVIGATES YOU TO SUCCESS THROUGH:
- Interactive online courses, exploring topics such as the chemistry behind spray foam, equipment troubleshooting and jobsite safety.
- A personalized in-field spray evaluation conducted by a CSFI technician, right at your location.
- An optional 3-day state-of-the-art training program at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA where you can obtain our Carlisle Pro Advanced Applicator certification.
PRO Academy 3-Part Training Program
Part 1: Online or Instructor-Led Training
Participants take their first step towards becoming a certified Carlisle PRO Applicator by successfully completing eight learning modules and passing a final exam – either online or during facilitated training sessions at your location presented by the Carlisle Spray Foam team. If working online, you can take the courses and test at your own speed using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Modules explore situational awareness, concentrating on the impact different field conditions have on spray foam equipment and how to overcome those challenges on the job.
Part 2: In-Field Evaluation
After completing the online learning modules and passing the final exam, it’s time to move on to the in-person assessment. For this next step in the process, a CSFI technician will come to your location and conduct a spray evaluation, putting your online learning into practice. They’ll assess your spray technique, ensure you are comfortable with the spray foam equipment, and know how to operate and maintain the equipment in the field. Once part 2 is completed, you will receive your certification from Carlisle.
Part 3: Advanced Certification (optional)
The revolutionary 3-day Advanced Applicator Training offers new, hands-on experiences that take Carlisle PRO Academy participants to even greater heights. Our industry-leading program merges a state-of-the-art, lab-style classroom with interactive learning in-person at our training center in Carlisle, PA. In our advanced spray booth we have the ability to replicate different climates and jobsite conditions, helping you learn how to resolve any issue that comes your way on the job. You’ll also get advanced equipment training and lessons in troubleshooting, spray techniques, chemistry, building science, and more. Upon completion of the three-day intensive training, participants will earn a Carlisle PRO Advanced Applicator certification.
